Azusa Apartments

ICON Builders completed the Azusa Apartments in 2015, transforming this aging property into a modern, sustainable living space. The project includes extensive upgrades to the interiors, resident amenities, and common areas. The redesigned apartments now feature energy-efficient solutions, including cool roofs, dual-pane windows, new air conditioning units, a solar photovoltaic system, domestic solar hot water panels, and drought-resistant landscaping with a state-of-the-art irrigation system.
